Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30, 1990, also called Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott) is an American rapper and singer. His stage name is the amalgamation of the name of his loved uncle and the initials of Kid Cudi (whose real identity is Scott Mescudi), Scott signed his first major label contract in 2012 with Epic Records. He signed a joint recording deal with Epic Records and T.I. His Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut long-form project, Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in 2013. In 2013 Scott released the mixtape on his own Owl Phaoh. A second mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in 2014. Rodeo (2015) marked the debut album of his studio. The hit song, "Antidote", was included on the album. The album that followed, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was a top one on the Billboard 200. Scott released Birds in the Trap Sing McCKnight (2016) together with Quavo, under the collective name Huncho Jack. In the year 2018, Astroworld was released to critical acclaim. The album produced his first Billboard Hot 100 top 100 single, "Sicko Mode" feat. Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records album JackBoys was released on the Billboard 200 in late 2019. Scott's track "Franchise" with Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, debuted. Scott was the first Hot 100 artist to have three songs hit the number one spot within a mere decade , in the year 2020.
