Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott (born June 16 in 1987) is an American comedian and actress who was a cast member on Saturday Night Live from 2008 to 2012 and has since appeared on the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out and the NBC sitcom Indebted. She is the daughter actor/comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was born in New York City as the elder of her two children. She is the daughter of Paula Niedert, a talent manager, as well as Chris Elliott (actor/comedian). Her grandfather was Bob Elliott, a radio comedian. She is the younger sibling of actress Bridey Elliott. Both were born in Wilton, Connecticut. She attended high school in Immaculate High School in Danbury, Connecticut, where she participated in school plays and musicals. After graduating from Immaculate High School in 2005 she went to Marymount Manhattan College in New York City However, she dropped out of her first semester. Elliott also dated Fred Armisen in 2010. The couple split in September of 2011. Elliott was married to TV writer Bill Kennedy on September 3, 2016. The couple has a daughter named Edith Pepper Kennedy. Elliott began comedy classes at The Groundlings. He then began training to perform in sketch comedy shows with the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles.
